Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms govern the use of ChannelFleet, a web application for managing YouTube channels. By signing in, you accept them.
The service
ChannelFleet lets you view statistics, upload, edit, schedule and organize the videos of your YouTube channels, and manage their comments and playlists, from a single dashboard. ChannelFleet is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
YouTube terms
ChannelFleet uses YouTube API Services. By using ChannelFleet, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy and in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your account and channels
- You only connect channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish through ChannelFleet and for its compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and copyright rules.
- You can disconnect a channel at any time from the Channels page, or remove access from your Google account.
Prohibited use
- Using ChannelFleet for spam, statistics manipulation or any illegal content.
- Trying to bypass YouTube API limits or to access other users' data.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Availability and liability
ChannelFleet depends on the YouTube API and its daily quota: some actions may be temporarily unavailable. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, revenue or audience resulting from the use of the service or from a decision by YouTube.
Changes
These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of this page; you will be informed in the app of any significant change.
